Bujinkan Carroll Dojo - UCD Ninjutsu is a martial arts club providing instruction in Bujinkan Ninjutsu at University College Dublin.
Bujinkan-Ninjutsu is a traditional Japanese martial art which has evolved through the centuries and today is taught as a modern, practical self-defence. Students primarily learn tai-jutsu, or unarmed techniques, applying blocks, strikes, locks and throws. The central aspect of tai-jutsu involves manipulation of the opponents' balance to remove their strength - rather than attempting to overpower them with strength or agility. This makes Bujinkan an ideal form of self defence for women and men of all fitness levels. Tuition is provided by Shidoshi Rob McDonnell in conjunction with Shihan Dave Carroll. Beginners classes commence in September but our class structure pemits new members to join in at any stage during the year - just drop in! More about Buijnkan Ninjutsu...

From Tuesday 11 September 2012 UCD Classes will take place on Tuesday evening at the Martial Arts Dojo in the New Sports Centre, Belfield at the later time of 8pm-10pm.
UCD Freshers
The UCD Sports Expo takes place from Monday 17th to Thursday 20th September at the UCD Sports Centre. Beginners Classes will commence on Tuesday 25th September (8pm-10pm)

We have had a lot of recent queries in relation to beginner's classes. If you are interested in trying out some classes or wish to join please drop into our Thursday class at Aughrim Street, Dublin 7 or email your query to us.
